David Cameron statement: Nigeria hostages 'murdered by their captors before they could be rescued'

The Prime Minister, David Cameron has confirmed Briton Chris McManus and his Italian colleague Franco Lamolinara have been killed following an unsuccessful attempt to rescue them from an al-Qaeda group who kidnapped the men in Nigeria.
